Shipping fees: All orders placed at the Castle of Magic will incur a fee of at least $6. If your order costs more than this, we will contact you and let you know of any additional costs to be paid.
Urgent Delivery: If you require urgent delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to help you receive the items ordered as fast as possible.
Saturday Delivery: Any orders received on a Friday after midday will be shipped on Monday. If you require delivery on Saturday then please let us know as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Saturday deliverys incur an extra $5 on top of your existing shipping fee. This does not get added automatically at this stage. Once an email stating you want Saturday delivery has been received and new total will be sent to you.
Return Policy: If the item you ordered is damaged due to either shipping or has a manufactures defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide a replacement provided we have a replacement in stock. If a replacement cannot be offered then other arrangements can be made.
Refunds: It is our policy to normally not offer refunds for tricks as when you buy the trick you are also buying the "secret" to the effect. Knowledge of this secret cannot be returned. We try to be as up front about our product descriptions without giving the secret away in order for you the customer to make informed decisions when purchasing our Magic. If you have any questions about the products listed then feel free to contact us.
We reserve the right to give a refund, exchange, or store credit at our sole discretion.
